| "Kids Can, Too!" Walkers Registration |
We encourage all walkers to pre-register for the event. Our success mainly depends on the pledges you obtain for the walk.
The goal for this year is $100,000 – so the earlier you begin, the more money you can raise! Also, your registration fee is lower if you pre-register before May 15.
Please use the following instructions ONLY if registering an individual Child 5-12 years old.

To Register by Mail or by FAX:
Step #1. Download the "Kids Can, Too!" Kids Walkers Brochure and Registration Form [HERE]. Then complete and FAX it to (215) 321-1043, or mail it to:

Step #2. Print your Pledge Forms, and you’re ready to begine raising pledge money!
Step #3. Your and your accompanying adult will receive your registration packet by mail within two (2) weeks.

Step #2. Complete and submit the registration form below.
Step #3. After submitting the online form successfully, click the link to PayPal.com to make your registration payment via PayPal (you will be re-entering some information).
Step #4. Print your Pledge Forms, and you’re ready to begin raising pledge money!
Step #5. You and your accompanying adult will receive your registration packet by mail within two (2) weeks,
